Keter IoT Pre – Hackathon Meetup
Last night, the Dublin Pub hosted more than 170 hackers, developers, designers, innovators, product managers, marketing and business experts to a night full of technology and innovation centered around IoT.
The main goal of the evening for the participants was to get to know colleagues from other disciplines and come up with great ideas and projects to be the basis for their creations at the upcoming Keter Plastic IoT Hackathon (keter-iot.com)
We are excited to work with a big company like this and helping them create their next steps in this rapidly growing industry of connected devices, this hackathon is a great example of a collaboration with a big company, sparking their innovation with an open contest with our platform to connect with developers and makers and have them rapidly build prototypes and extensions to their existing or future product lines in a way that couldn’t have happened in the company.
Keter products are meant to improve people’s daily lives. Whether it is saving people time, or by helping to effectively solve a storage problem or provide an innovative solution to meet a common need, Keter works tirelessly to create the best products to make people’s lives better.
And with this same mindset Keter is upping the game on their “smart / connected / IoT” products and are hosting this hackathon with Gemsense to help connect with more developers and makers and find innovation outside the company which will allow them to quickly capitalize on the growing want for smarter products and to single themselves out as leaders in yet another field.
